Seared Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken thighs

  • Mayo

  • A spice mix

Instructions

  1. Trim the chicken thighs

  2. Cover the chicken in mayo and spices

  3. Preheat the oven to 350, but if it's already on at some other temp that is okay.

  4. Rest the chicken for 15-30 minutes.

  5. Over medium high heat sear the chicken on both sides until a nice crust forms

  6. Check the internal temp of the chicken. If it's below 185 transfer to the oven to finish cooking.

  7. Tear apart with two forks
